Studio Event & COVID-19 Updates

UPDATE: MARCH 16, 2020

As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we wanted to alert you to changes to Studio D's events.

We've decided to cancel all in-person masterclasses in 2020 from Friday 20th March through to August 2020. Ticket-holders will receive a full refund, and we have started processing these already. Please note: we are doing this systematically—you will receive an email when the refund has been processed. Due to the high volume of transactions, although we issue refunds immediately, please allow 14 days for the fund to appear in your account.

Online Masterclasses

In order to continue supporting personal development during these uncertain times, we will be offering online masterclasses in a new condensed format, including Field Study Fundamentals, Sensemaking For Impact, Rapid Piloting and Emotional Resilience.

Sign up Radar Mailing List to stay connected with service updates. We will give you a heads up when the new events are ready to launch.

We are working on the assumption that the expeditions to Afghanistan in July and August will go ahead as planned. However, this may be changed at any time and we may shift some routes to minimise disruptions. We are closely monitoring the situation and taking a measured approach as the situation evolves.

Team members that have already signed-up are proactively contingency planning using our expedition planning portal and WhatsApp groups.

In the event of cancellation due to Covid-19, you will have a choice of either a full refund or a transfer to 2021 expeditions.

Retreats & Autumn Masterclasses

Currently, we don't foresee any changes to all our retreats or masterclasses scheduled from September or later. If we need to adjust current plans, we will notify ahead of time.

In the event of cancellation due to Covid-19, we will provide a full refund.

We are committed to providing our community with viable and supportive options possible during this unprecedented healthcare crisis. Updates will continue to be posted on this page. We've started reaching out to attendees by email.

If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch.

We’re in this together. Stay safe.
