Studio Event & COVID-19 Updates
UPDATE: June 1, 2020
In light of current situations, we are making the following policy changes for COVID-19 related cancellations to support our community. Please monitor this page for updates.
Different policies apply for in-person events and for online events.
Bookings for Studio D in-person events paid on or before March 1, 2020, with an event date before September 1, 2020, are currently covered under COVID-19 related cancellation policies.
Bookings for in-person events that are scheduled on or after September 1, 2020 as well as any online events, our standard cancellation policy will apply as of now.
In order to continue supporting personal development during these uncertain times, we will be offering online masterclasses. Please note that all online masterclass tickets are non-refundable as in our standard refund policy.
We've decided to cancel all in-person masterclasses in 2020 from March 20 through to August 2020. Ticket-holders will receive a full refund, and we have started processing these already. Due to the high volume of transactions, although we issue refunds immediately, please allow 14 days for the fund to appear in your account.
Updated June 1, 2020: Due to COVID-19, all 2020 expeditions have been cancelled and attendees have had their payments refunded.
Retreats & Autumn Masterclasses
The go/no go decision will be made by July 22, 2020 for all our retreats and masterclasses scheduled in or after September.
If Studio D decides to cancel due to COVID-19, we will notify all attendees. For orders submitted by March 1, 2020, we'll provide a full refund excluding credit card / bank transaction fees.
We are committed to providing our community with viable and supportive options possible during this unprecedented healthcare crisis. Updates will continue to be posted on this page. We've started reaching out to attendees by email.
